Chad Grandey was born in a poor steel-town hospital outside of Pittsburgh. His first art-direction job was at the age of two days: a pro-bono redesign of the hospital’s maternity ward.
First to arrive and last to leave every day – that’s the Pittsburgh way. And the résumé is loaded with stints at some of the most impressive creative shops around such as DDB (AD), Earle Palmer Brown (AD), Rapp (ACD), Starmark (Sr. AD), Digitas (Sr. AD), Commerce House (ACD) and Schifino Lee (CD).
It’s been quite a trip since Chad came out of the womb with an awards annual in his hand (ouch, Mom), and he’s been recognized heavily along the way, with work featured in Dallas Society of Visual Communications, Creativity and Adweek magazines and the Lurzer’s International Archive.
Hardware includes a Local & National Addy Awards, Best in Show Addys, Healthcare Advertising Best of Show, Summit Award, Henry Awards, Flagler Best in Show, Graphis Silver, Gold & Platinum and Communication Arts Advertising Annual.
His mother named him Chad. Chadvertising was his destiny. And now, he’s looking to design the next chapter of his career. Contact him today.
